The Wolf's Call (2019) / Le chant du loup (original title)

Russia invades the Åland islands that belong to Finland, and the French president decides to send military help to Finland: nuclear submarines of the French Navy. Terrorist organisation Al-Jadida obtain a scrapped Russian Timour III submarine and launches a nuclear R-30 missile without a nuclear warhead at France. This tricks the French into launching a nuclear counterstrike from their Formidable submarine.
